I've been baking all my life. I started as a little girl, standing on a chair rolling out sugar cookies with my mom. It's just what we did. In high school and college I would pursue creative classes, but baking was still just something I did. Finally, mid 20's I took the plunge and went to pastry school and got some formal training. Ever since, it's been a fun process of learning and growing.
These days, I've gotten better, but I'm still learning a lesson from every cake.

Christmas Sugar Cookies
While working on my last order, the Tiger Cat logo cookies I was smart and made a double batch of both the dough and icing to make some samples for the hopeful Christmas orders I'll bring in. So just for fun, here they are!
